Am in the process of stripping and sanding an old 18' Rockola that my uncle owned. Can anyone tell me the basics of refinishing? Mainly wheather to use varnish or lacquer or? and how much and what kind (brand name) I've looked through the forum and there is quite a bit of info on refinish, but not on these basics. Also how many coats etc.ANY response will be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance, Kelly in Tulsa.
